1) Go to C:UsersYOURNAMEHEREAppDataLocaltechlandcojgunslingeroutSettings
2) Open Video.scr with notepad
3) Add the following 2 lines to the bottom of the list

ForcedHorzFov(INSERT FOV NUMBER HERE BETWEEN 80-110)
DisableScreenBorder()
