الفنان الكوميدي الشاب محمد الحملي خضع لعملية تكميم معدة بعد أن أثرت السمنة المفرطة في ساقيه وجهازه التنفسي.
قال الحملي: «أحمد الله على نجاح العملية وعودتي إلى جمهوري الحبيب وبيتي وأهلي بخير من جديد بعد خضوعي لهذه الجراحة، حيث إنني كنت في البداية متخوفا وموسوسا لكني تشجعت بعد أن شاهدت حالات كثيرة بسمنتي من الفنانين أجروها ونجحت. ورغم خطورة هذه العملية فإنها أصبحت مهمة وضرورية وبات خطرها أقل بكثير من الأمراض التي يعانيها الكثيرون بسبب السمنة المفرطة».
وأضاف: «أنا لم أجار موضة أو تقليعا أعمى إنما أردت حماية صحتي ونفسي من أمراض من الممكن أن تودي بحياتي، فنار العملية ولا جنة السمنة. والحمد لله استعدت صحتي وفتحت هذه العملية شهيتي للعمل والحضور الفني باستمرار. أنا لست ضد هذه العمليات لكن حالي حال أي إنسان أعيشها بالمتابعة والاستشارة الطبية كل حسب وزنة وسنه ونوعية الأمراض المزمنة التي يعانيها كالضغط والسكر وأعيش الآن حالة من السعادة والرضا واتمنى للجميع دوام الصحة والعافية».
