احتفلت الفنانة “مي كساب” بعقد قرانها على مطرب المهرجانات الشعبية “أوكا” وذلك بمسجد الشرطة بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر، وسط حضور فني مكثف، كان على رأسه الفنان صلاح عبدالله والفنانة لطيفة وعصام كاريكا والمخرج رامي إمام والمطرب نادر أبو الليف وهالة صدقي والمطربة شذى وإيهاب فهمي وأشرف عبد الغفور نقيب الممثلين، هذا بجانب أسرتي العروسين.

In this video, we’ll show you how to make a Mediterranean-inspired spread in just 5 minutes. We use a can of garbanzo beans, also called chickpeas, as the base for our spread. Then, add some garlic, ground cumin, salt and olive oil and give it a whirl in a food processor. This hummus has a good amount of fiber and protein, so it’s good for you too!

MREs—or Meals Ready to Eat—are a staple of military life for servicemen and servicewomen around the world. The compact meals are designed to get soldiers all the energy and nutrients they need for maximum battlefield efficiency. But a lot of times, MREs end up lying around by the boxful during drills or exercises, free for the sampling, which is how MUNCHIES host Daniel Hernandez first got to know this curious method of feeding the troops.

Daniel sat down with a few Colombian soldiers between drills in the midst of the Fuerzas Comando 2014 competition, held last year at the Tolemaida military base in Tolima, Colombia. He decided to eat an entire MRE, right down to the coffee and dessert, to get a taste of what military personnel eat in the field when options are extremely limited.
