خبر مؤسف عن فريد الديب وهل تعرف من هو الفنان زوج إبنته ؟

تدهورت الحالة الصحية وبشكل مفاجئ للمحامي الكبير “فريد الديب” داخل إحدى المستشفيات في فرنسا وأضافت مصادر مقربة من الديب في تصريحات خاصة لـ “صدى البلد”، أن حالة الديب تدهورت عقب تناولته ادوية علاج مرض اللوكيميا “سرطان الدم”.
وكان الفنان تامر عبد المنعم قد نشر صورة له تجمعه بحماه “الديب” عبر حسابه علي موقع التواصل الاجتماعي “انستجرام”، وكتب تعليقا علي الصورة: “سأسافر مع هذا الرجل للعلاج.. أقول له وقد عاشرته عن قُرْب وأحببته من كل قلبي.. ربنا يشفيك وتعود بالسلامة الي وطنك لأنك رجل من طراز خاص في زمن قلما وجدت فيه رجال”.
وقد ولد فريد الديب في 23 أكتوبر 1943 بحي الخليفة بالقاهرة، لوالد اشتهر كشاعر ومؤلف مواويل مدح النبي
التحق بكلية الحقوق جامعة القاهرة عام ١٩٥٨ وتخرج فيها عام ١٩٦٣، بتقدير جيد جداً، والتحق بعدها للعمل بالنيابة العامة فتولى منصب وكيل النائب العام في جنوب القاهرة ثم وكيلا للنيابة بالوايلى ثم شرق القاهرة، ونيابة سوهاج، وشرق القاهرة.
متزوج وله ابنة تسمى حنان الديب تعمل مذيعة ومتزوجة من الفنان تامر عبد المنعم، نجل الكاتب الصحفي محمد عبد المنعم المستشار الصحفي السابق لمبارك.
ترافع «الديب» في العديد من قضايا الشخصيات البارزة في المجتمع، من بينهم الأديب العالمي نجيب محفوظ، ومحمود السعدني، وإبراهيم سعدة، ومصطفى أمين، والفنانون ومدحت صالح ويسرا، وتصدى لقضايا راقصات شارع الهرم ودافع عن أشهر راقصتين هما نجوى فؤاد وفيفي عبده.
بدأت شهرة «الديب» عام 1997، حين أعلن وقتها قبوله الدفاع عن الجاسوس الإسرائيلي عزام عزام، ما أثار غضب الرأي العام العربي، لكن «الديب» أكد اقتناعه بـبراءة عزام الذي ثبتت عليه تهمة التخابر مع الموساد الإسرائيلي، وأدين بعدها بتهمة التجسس ونقل معلومات عن المنشآت الصناعية المصرية إلى إسرائيل، وحكم عليه بالسجن 15 عاما مع الأشغال الشاقة، وحكم على المتهم الآخر شريكه في التجسس عماد عبد الحليم إسماعيل، بالسجن 25 عاما.
تولى في 2008 الدفاع عن رجل الأعمال، هشام طلعت مصطفى، في قضية مقتل المطربة اللبنانية، سوزان تميم، وخسر القضية في الجولة الأولى وحكم عام 2009 على «طلعت» بالإعدام، إلا أن الحكم خفف أمام محكمة النقض إلى السجن 15 سنة بعد تعاون مع المحامين بهاء أبو شقة ونجله محمد أبو شقة.
اتهم «الديب» في عام 2011 بالاستيلاء على 5 ملايين جنيه بغير وجه حق من مؤسسة «أخبار اليوم» التي كان يعمل بها مستشارًا قانونيا وتولي الدفاع عن نفسه وخسر وقام برد المبلغ.
في 22 مارس 2011، أعلن «الديب» أنه سيترافع عن مبارك رسميا في «قضية القرن»
استمر «الديب» في المرافعة عن مبارك حتى أصدرت محكمة النقض في يناير 2013 قرارها بقبول الطعن المقدم من الأطراف المختلفة في القضية وإعادة محاكمة جميع المتهمين، حتى أسدلت، السبت 29 نوفمبر، محكمة جنايات القاهرة حكمها في إعادة محاكمة مبارك بقضية قتل المتظاهرين وتصدير الغاز والفساد المالي، وقضت ببراءته وكل من معه من كل التهم الموجهة له.
