Watch this video and learn how to add lots of flavor to yellow squash and zucchini. We slice the two into coins and toss with a chopped onion and red bell pepper. Enjoy this vegetarian side dish all summer long.

Yoya Takahashi once dreamt of following in his grandfather’s footsteps and becoming an actor. These days, the Executive Sushi Chef of Hamasaku has realized a different Hollywood dream with starlets (and execs) coming in for power lunches at his sushi bar in a nondescript strip mall in West LA. Takahashi takes his “art” very seriously, but that hasn’t stopped him from experimenting with nontraditional ingredients—fish sperm sushi, anyone?

With an extraordinary 500-horsepower, a 4.0-liter flat six shared with the current GT3 R racecar, and several shared components with the 918, this RS, or Racing Sport GT3 takes everything the previous years’ GT3 did, and turns it up several exhilarating notches. In the eyes of Randy, the slightly older Porsche GT3 was near perfect in every way, so is it possible that the GT3 RS could close that gap even further? Stay tuned to find out.
