نجمات وفنانات وجميلات دخلن السجن ومنهن ملكة جمال…تعرفوا على الأسباب والمدة

لم تستطع ميمي شكيب بالرغم من تقدمها في السن الابتعاد عن الحياة الصاخبة التي اعتادت عليها في شبابها، فكانت تقيم حفلات يومية في منزلها، يحضرها عدد من كبار المسئولين في الدولة في ذلك الوقت، وأثرياء مصريين وعرب، بالإضافة لعدد من الفنانات الشابات الجميلات، ويبدو أن تلك الحفلات كانت وبالا عليها، ففي أحد أيام فبراير 1974، تم القبض عليها ومعها 8 فنانات شابات اللاتي كن يحضرن حفلاتها باستمرار في شقتها بقصر النيل، وهن عزيزة راشد، وزيزي مصطفى، وناهد يسري، وكريمة الشريف، وميمي جمال، وآمال رمزي، وسهير توفيق، وسامية شكري، ومجموعة من النساء من خارج الوسط الفني، بتهمة إدارة منزلها للأعمال المنافية للآداب، وهى القضية التي عرفت باسم «الرقيق الأبيض» أو «قضية الآداب الكبرى».

وحظيت القضية باهتمام إعلامي غير مسبوق، فكانت الصحف تفرد مساحات واسعة لمتابعة تطورات القضية، وكانت جلسات المحاكمة تشهد حضور عدد من المراسلين الأجانب، بالإضافة لآلاف المواطنين العاديين، الذين كانوا يحتشدون حول قاعة المحكمة، ما دفع القضاء إلى جعل الجلسات سرية، وهو ما أشعل فضول الجميع، وبعد حوالي 170 يوما من المحاكمة، أي بعد شهرين، حصلت «شكيب» وباقي المتهمات على البراءة في 16 يوليو 1974، لعدم ثبوت الأدلة، وعدم ضبطهن في حالة تلبس، حيث تم إلقاء القبض عليها وهي في حالة عادية لشرب القهوة.

وظلت «شكيب» وباقي المتهمات والفنانات محبوسات طوال فترة المحاكمة، وقيل إن «شكيب» أصيبت بحالة من الصمم والبكم في السجن، وكانت تبكي طوال الوقت، مؤكدة أنها مظلومة، وأن القضية ملفقة.

10-سحر حمدي:

قضت الراقصة الشرقية والممثلة المعتزلة والمحتجبة، سحر حمدي، أسبوعين في السجن عام 1978، بتهمة الاعتداء على ضابط مرور، بعدما حرر لها محضرا لوقوفها في الممنوع، فأهانته باللفظ.

وسحر حمدي، ممثلة وراقصة شرقية، يطلق عليها «برنسيسة الرقص الشرقي» أو «أميرة الرقص»، ولدت في 26 يناير 1956، بدأت حياتها الفنية بالرقص، ثم شاركت بالتمثيل في بعض الأفلام السينمائية، في أواخر السبعينات والثمانينات، ثم اعتزلت الفن في أوائل التسعينات وارتدت الحجاب، وظهرت على قناة «اقرأ» الفضائية منذ عام 2001 مع عدد من الفنانات المعتزلات.

9-عايدة رياض:

اتهمت الممثلة عايدة رياض في قضية للآداب أطلق عليها قضية «الكومبارس»، حيث ألقي القبض عليها مع 6 فنانات كومبارس ومنهن ليلى يوسف الشهيرة بـ«ليليان»، وعاقبتها محكمة أول درجة بالحبس لمدة عام بتهمة ممارسة الرذيلة بأحد الاوكار بمصر الجديدة في أوائل عام 1982 وتم إيداعها بسجن القناطر لمدة 3 أشهر .

وبرأتها محكمة مستأنف الآداب في 24 فبراير 1983 بعد أن تأكدت المحكمة أنها زج بها في الاتهام على غير سند من الواقع أو الحقيقة، بينما عاقبت «ليليان» بالحبس 5 سنوات ثم خفضت إلى عامين ونصف عام وغرامة 500 جنيه مع المراقبة ومصادرة السيارة المضبوطة في محكمة مستأنف الآداب.
