ليلى الطرابلسي بن علي (24 أكتوبر، 1957)، هي الزوجة الثانية والحالية للرئيس التونسي السابق زين العابدين بن علي، وكانت سيدة تونس الأولى حتى 14 يناير 2011. ترأست ليلى بن علي منظمة المرأة العربية ومقرها تونس منذ 2009 حتى بداية 2011 وترأست جمعية بسمة الخيرية التي تعمل على تأمين فرص العمل للمعاقين في يوليو 2010، أسست جمعية سيدة (SAIDA)، للعناية بمرضى السرطان في تونس.

كانت رمزا للفساد في فترة حكم الرئيس زين العابدين بن علي. يشاع أنها حاولت الانتحار بواسطة السم بعد الثورة التونسية

ولدت ليلى عام 1957 لعائلة بسيطة. كان والدها بائعاً للخُضر والفواكه الطازجة. لها أربع أشقاء. لما حصلت على الشهادة الابتدائية، التحقت بمدرسة الحلاقة حيث التقت رجل أعمال يدعى خليل معاوي، وهي في سن الثامنة عشرة، وتزوجت منه قبل أن تطلق منه بعد 3 سنوات.

بفضل معارف زوجها السابق رجل الأعمال خليل معاوي بدأت في مخالطة عالم رجال الأعمال، وعملت ليلى الطرابلسي في تجارة بعض السلع بين تونس وإيطاليا.
تعرفها على بن علي

أثناء توليه مديرية الأمن الوطني تعرف بن علي على زوجته الحالية ليلى طرابلسي، التي كانت مالكة لصالون حلاقة حريمي في تونس. كان بن علي يشرف بنفسه على مداهمات تحصل لمحلات أو أماكن تصل أخبار عنها إلى الأمن، وفي احدى مداهماته لمحل ليلى طرابلسي، شبك الغرام بين الاثنين وانتهى بعلاقة سريّة استمرت سنوات حتى انتهت بزواج مستمر حتى اليوم. وعندما عين بن علي ملحقاً عسكرياً في المغرب كانت ليلى تـزوره باستمرار في منفاه القريب، رغم وجود زوجته الأولى نعيمة الكافي وبناته معه في المغرب.، حيث كان بن علي قد أنجب ثلاثة بنات من زوجته الأولى وهن: غزوة ودرصاف وسيرين.
لم يشهد حما زين العابدين بن علي الجنرال الكافي كيف أصبح صهره ومرافقه السابق رئيساً للجمهورية في تونس، كان الكافي قد رحل عن الدنيا. فقام بن علي بعد ذلك بتطليق نعيمة، ليتزوج ليلى طرابلسي، إذ لا يسمح القانون التونسي بتعدد الزوجات. وكانت الزوجة الجديدة موضع سخرية المجتمع المخملي التونسي.
وتزوج بن علي من ليلى طرابلسي، بعد طلاقه من زوجته الأولى نعيمة، وأنجب بن علي من ليلى ثلاثة أنجال؛ نسرين وحليمة، ومحمد
