زينب العسكري هي ممثلة وكاتبة ومنتجة بحرينية، مواليد عام 1974م في المنامة البحرين
بدأت التمثيل بالمسرح المدرسي منذ الصغر، ثم بعد ذلك التحقت بمسرح الطفل حيث شاركت في
العديد من المسرحيات الاستعراضية للأطفال.
كانت البدايات الفنية للفنانة زينب العسكري في عام 1991 من خلال المشاركة في بعض المسلسلات التلفزيونية والمسرحيات الشبابية، بعد ذلك
أصبحت أدوارها تكبر إلى أصبحت تأخذ أدوار البطولة، إلى أن أصبحت صاحبة “مؤسسة بنت المملكة للإنتاج الفني”.
قررت الاعتزال عن الفن عام 2009
ثم من بعد غياب و اعتزال سنوات قامت مصممة الأزياء الإماراتية و سفيرة النوايا الحسنة منى المنصوري بالكشف عن أول صورة على الإطلاق للنجمة المعتزلة زينب العسكري و التي غابت عن الساحة الفنية الخليجية واحتجبت بعد زواجها من شخصية عربية لم يتم الكشف عنها بوقتها.
إلا أن المنصوري و التي وصفت العسكري بالشيخة و الأميرة كشفت بحسب موقع “روتانا “عن هوية
هذا الزوج عبر صفحتها على “الإنستجرام” في صورة تجمعها مع العسكري كتبت تحتها: “صورة تجمعني بزوجة نائب حاكم الشارقة الفنانة البحرينية المعتزلة زينب العسكري”.
وكانت زينب العسكري التي تُعد واحدة من نجمات الصف الأول بالخليج العربي قد أعلنت اعتزالها عام 2009 بعد زواجها من الشيخ عبدالله بن سالم القاسمي وأنجبت منه ابنتين هما الزين و حلا ,
ولم تعد من وقتها إلى الجمهور إلا عبر صفحة يتيمة على “تويتر” ولا تغرد عبرها إلا بين الحين و الآخر ، ولكنها تحرص على التذكير دوماً بأنها لن تعود و أن قرار اعتزالها نهائي.
ثم ظهرت الفنانة البحرينية مؤخرا بعدما نشرت مجموعة صور حديثة لها، ظهرت فيها مرتدية عباءة وحجاب، وتضع نظارة شمسية على عينيها.
ووفقا لموقع جولولي جمهور زينب عبروا عن
إعجابهم الشديد بإطلالتها، مؤكدين أنها ما زالت تحتفظ بأناقتها وجمالها، على الرغم من اعتزالها المجال الفني.
وذكر مصدر ان زفاف الفنانة زينب كان على أنغام أغنية الفنان السعودي راشد الماجد حيث زفت الفنانة البحرينية زينب إلى زوجها
الإماراتي، في حفل أقيم في أحد فنادق البحرين
الكبرى، وتواصل حتى أذان الفجر، وسط إجراءات
أمنية مشددة، راعت الخصوصية التامة للعروسين، وخضع لها جميع المدعوين والمدعوات.
وتميز الحفل بتقاليد خاصة وتنظيم دقيق معد له
مسبقاً، أشارت إلى تغير جذري، سيطر على حياة الفنانة البحرينية بعد زواجها، كما أشار إلى أن العريس هو صاحب هذا التغير الذي اشترطه على عروسه عند التقدم لها طالباً يدها
للزواج،
وكشف مصدر خاص، أن المدعوين طُلب منهم تسليم أجهزة جوالاتهم المزودة بكاميرا، قبل الدخول لصالة العرس،
لمنع التصوير، سواء صور فوتوغرافية أو فيديو،
وخصص الفندق موظفات أمن، وظيفتهن التجول وسط المدعوين في هدوء تام، للتأكد من أن التعليمات بمنع التصوير الشخصي سارية المفعول، ولمنع أي تجمهر على العروس التي ظهرت
بفستان زفاف أسطوري، كان محل حديث جميع المدعوات.
ودُعي للحفل نحو 500 مدعو ومدعوة، ومنع من الدخول من لا يحمل بطاقة دعوة، لا تحمل اسمه،
