الفنانة هدى رمزي هي ابنة المخرج حسن رمزي وشقيقها المنتج السينمائي محمد رمزي، ‏درست في كلية الإعلام قسم الإذاعة والتليفزيون. واعتزلت السينما بعد أن ارتدت الحجاب، وتزوجت من الممثل لاعب الكرة شريف عبد المنعم ‏عام 1999.
السورية إغراء اشتهرت بأدوار الإغراء في السبعينيات والثمانينيات.. وبدأت من القاهرة حيث انتقلت إليها مع شقيقتها سحر وهي في عمر الثالثة عشرة،
حيث تعلمت الرقص الشرقي، ثم اعتزلت وسكنت في شقة بدمشق حولتها لمتحف يحمل عشرات الصور لأدوارها.

نسرين، واحدة من جميلات السينما المصرية، حصلت على بكالوريوس معهد الكونسرفتوار، تزوجت من الملحن محمد ضياء الدين،

ثم تزوجت من الممثل محسن محي الدين، لتعتزل التمثيل في عام 1991 وارتدت الحجاب بعد ذلك، واكتفت بمسؤلياتها المنزلية مبتعدة تماما عن الإعلام.
شادية واحدة من أهم الفنانات في تاريخ السينما المصرية، اعتزلت في قمة نجاحها بعد أن أكملت عامها الخمسين، ثم كرست حياتها بعد الاعتزال لرعاية الأطفال الأيتام خاصة وأنها لم تُرزق بأطفال.
بدأت شيريهان حياتها الفنية مبكرا، وهي في الرابعة من عمرها حتى أصبحت من أشهر الفنانات المصريات، غير أنها اضطرت للاعتزال عام 2002
بعد تعرضها لمرض السرطان، اختفت تماما عن الأنظار لتعود للأضواء خلال أحداث 25 يناير، وهي الآن تفكر في عودة تليق بتاريخها الفني.
