Mashable’s resident wannabe pop star Jake Fertig thought there was no better way to promote his own brand than by throwing the ultimate April Fools’ prank: faking his own death. He’s always wanted to be a poetic figure in the eyes of his family and friends, due to his big dreams and romantic approach to life. But he didn’t stop there. He decided to throw a tribute concert for his folk band The Feather Brothers with his co-worker Max Knoblauch.
