فجر دفاع سمية عبيد الشهيرة إعلاميا باسم “فتاة المول”، المكون من المحامي محمود عمر الأمير والمحامي محمد أحمد، مفاجأة من العيار الثقيل،
خلال جلسة الاستئناف المقدم من الإعلامية المصرية ريهام سعيد.
دفاع سميه عبيد، الشهيرة إعلاميا بـ”فتاة المول”، فاجأ الجميع خلال الجلسة،
بالتقدم بطلب لهيئة المحكمة للتصالح مع الإعلامية المصرية. دفاع “فتاة المول” أكد أمام أن موكلته هي التي طلبت من ريهام عرض صورها الخاصة
فى برنامجها “صبايا الخير”، وعلى ذلك قدم التصالح بينهما، مطالبا بالتنازل عن الدعوى المدنية.
وكانت ريهام سعيد قد تقدمت بطلب استئناف على قرار حبسها 6 أشهر وتغريمها 10 آلاف جنيه بتهمة سب وقذف “فتاة المول”، بالإضافة للحكم بحبسها سنة لاتهامها بالاعتداء على الحياة الشخصية وكفالة 15 ألف جنيه.
لم تتمالك مقدمة البرامج ريهام سعيد سعادتها وقررت أن تزغرد احتفالا بعودة برنامجها “صبايا الخير”، بعد أن تم وقفه وتعرض لحملة لمقاطعته بسبب حلقة “فتاة الحرية مول”.
ونشرت صفحة ريهام سعيد عبر موقع التواصل الاجتماعي faccebook صورة لريهام سعيد وهي تزغرد من شدة سعادتها بعودة البرنامج.

وعلقت ريهام سعيد على الصورة كاتبة: “أحلى زغروطة بمناسبة رجوع البرنامج على خير”.
وأكدت ريهام عودة برنامجها الأسبوع المقبل كاتبة: “بفضل من الله ودعوتكم هنكون معاكم الأسبوع القادم”، ثم سألت محبيها: ” مين فرحان معانا برجوع البرنامج صبايا الخير”؟
أذاعت قناة النهار صباح اليوم برومو برنامج “صبايا الخير” الذي تقدمه الإعلامية، ريهام سعيد، بعد توقف دام لشهور طويلة،
وقال أحد العاملين داخل القناة أن ريهام قامت بتسجيل عدد من الحلقات بتركيا مع عدد ثلاثة أطفال مصابين بضمور في المخ، ولم تعلن القناة في البرومو عن ميعاد محدد لبدء البرنامج.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن شبكة قنوات النهار أصدرت بياناً قالت فيه إنها انتهت من دراسة جميع ملابسات حلقة برنامج “صبايا الخير” التى أثارت أزمة مؤخرا،وإنها حرصت – انطلاقا من مبدأ
الشفافية والمصداقية مع الجمهور- على مراجعة جميع التفاصيل الداخلية التى أحاطت بهذه الحلقة المثيرة للجدل مع جميع الزملاء فى فريق العمل، وقررت إدارة الشبكة عدم إعلان أى تفاصيل خاصة بنتائج دراستها احتراماً للقضاء المصرى ،الذى ينظر الموضوع بأكمله، حيث تدرس الإدارة حالياً جميع الإجراءات والقرارات الإدارية التى ستتخذها حيال كل الأطراف”. وأضاف البيان أن دراسة شبكة “النهار” الداخلية تضمنت مراجعة كل المواقف والأعمال الإنسانية والخيرية والوطنية لبرنامج “صبايا الخير” على مدار السنوات السابقة والتى ساهمت، بشهادة ومتابعة الجمهور، فى الكثير من أعمال الخير وعبرت عن مصالح فئات مختلفة من المجتمع لا تستطيع إيصال صوتها واحتياجاتها فى المساعدة أو العلاج وهى القطاعات التى تأثرت بشكل كبير بعد قرار تعليق البرنامج،
