تداولت عدد من التقارير الصحفية أخباراً تفيد بتعرض الفنانة سمية الخشاب للسرقة أثناء تواجدها في مدينة دبي.
وعن المسروقات التي تم السطو عليها، أكدت المصادر أن المسروقات عبارة عن مجوهرات باهظة الثمن ذهبية وماسية،
وأن سمية الخشاب قد أبلغت الشرطة بالفعل والتي قامت بمعاينة المكان لمعرفة هوية
السارق والقبض عليه.
