On Episode 4 of UFC 203 Embedded, heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic does a night session in his home gym, which is also playing host to welterweight CM Punk and his coach Duke Roufus. Heavyweight Fabricio Werdum gets a questionable haircut, as opponent Travis Browne does an underwater workout. The next day, title challenger Alistair Overeem embraces the festival aspect of open workouts, where Miocic receives a spirited hometown welcome. Also at the arena, a focused Punk gets a pep talk from bantamweight Urijah Faber, and opponent Mickey Gall makes the most of his opportunity. Then the heavyweight champ returns to the gym after the sun goes down.
