الكثير منا لا يعلم أن طريقة النوم ووضعيته قد تكون مؤشرًا قويًا للتعرف على سمات الشخصية وطبائعها , فالرسام العالمي” ليوناردو دافنشي ” على سبيل المثال كان يأخذ غفوة مدتها 20 دقيقة كل 4 ساعات لأجل تجديد طاقته , أما الروائي الإنجليزي ” تشارلز ديكنز” فقد اعتاد النوم بحيث تكون رأسه مواجهة لاتجاه الشمال اعتقادًا منه أن ذلك يشحذ طاقاته الإبداعية

Struck by the beauty and symmetry of diatoms, Kemp worked obsessively for 8 years to perfect his own technique.
