كوبين من العنب الخالي من البذور يتم هرسه بالاله
مع ملعقه شاي من عصير الليمون الحامض

يسكب في طنجره ثم يضاف اليه:

كوب عنب كامل غير مهروس
كوب ونصف سكر

يحرك على نار متوسطه حتى الغليان

مده الطهي: حوالى 50 دقيقه
