– ملعقه طاوله فلفل حلو او بهار حلو (متوفر في السوبرماركت تحت اسم allspice )
– ملعقه طاوله قرفه
– ملعقه شاي فلفل اسود
– ملعقه شاي بهار ابيض
– نصف ملعقه شاي فلفل احمر
– رشه مسمار (كبش) قرنفل

تخلط المكونات وتسكب في مبهره ويرش منها على البيض المقلي والمسلوق وكافه انواع الشكشوكه والعجه
