After suffering a back injury while serving overseas in the U.S. Army Reserves, Chris Nolte turned to electric bikes as a way to return to his active lifestyle. Soon he was inspired to start his own electric bike company, with the hopes of transforming transportation and promoting sustainability. In 2011, he opened the business that would eventually become Propel Bikes in Brooklyn, New York, and in the years since, Chris has used digital tools from Google to find customers and grow his business. All that hard work is paying off–Chris recently opened a second location in Long Beach, California. #GrowWithGoogle
