For as long as I can remember, clowns have been portrayed in television and films as this terrifying thing. However, aren’t clowns supposed to be funny? Like, don’t they perform at kids birthday parties and make animals out of balloons and all that fun stuff? When did this switch happen that suddenly mandated clowns as things that come from our nightmares? These days, there are a wide array of scary clowns of note.
