Don’t let the fancy sounding name fool you, this delicious lamb scallopini recipe is simple, fast, and very easy to make. Lamb is traditionally served on Easter, but with social distancing, this scaled-down approach may work better than something like a large roasted leg of lamb, which is more fitting for a big group.
