In this October 1994 video, “Star Trek: Voyager” lead Kate Mulgrew introduces IBM’s new OS/2 ‘Warp’ software at the company’s launch event in New York City. Mulgrew calls herself “the third generation” of “Star Trek” captains; this is the year before Sisko’s promotion in “Deep Space Nine.”
