How to Make a Cordon Bleu with Chakuza

Germans think that Chakuza is a famous, badass rapper, but little do they know that when he puts an apron on, he performs miracles in the kitchen. A former chef turned rapper, the artist only makes meals for friends these days. The rapper invited us into his kitchen to show us how to make his delicious version of a crispy yet juicy veal escalope Cordon Blue filled with Parmigiano, dry-cured ham, and arugula. Even though he had a minor accident with a knife during filming, he was able to pull off a delicious meal.
