Movie villains are meant to be imposing. They’re meant to be these looming, terrifying threats that we need to be saved from. All in all, a villain is supposed to be powerful and intimidating. But sometimes, they have the absolute dumbest weaknesses. Seriously, like, we’re talking laughable levels of limitations.

In this video, we’ll be examining some of the top movie villains who boast some of the most surprising weaknesses imaginable. We’ll look at the MCU, the DCEU, as well as other movies. We’ll explain what makes them so scary, but also why you shouldn’t be afraid of them… because they’re mostly oddly easy to defeat. If you’re anything like 99% of the population, then your life is a constant cycle of re-watching The Office on Netflix. Seriously, I don’t even want to think about what’s going to happen when they take it off the platform. It’ll be pandemonium, I tell ya! There’s one character in particular, though, that just doesn’t sit well. I’m talking about Pam Beesly. She might seem sweet and kind and non-problematic, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

In this video, we’ll examine the character of Pam Beesly and address all the issues surrounding her. She has a slew of character flaws and kind of acts like a jerk a lot of times. She absolutely isn’t the sweetheart they portray her as. She’s extremely problematic, and it’s time we address it!

Let’s be honest – we expect a lot from our superheroes. Like, I get that they’re called superheroes for a reason, because a large chunk of them are actually superhuman, but we also put them on such a pedestal and expect so much from them that it’s a little unfair. Even superhumans make mistakes, and even superhumans aren’t perfect all the time.

In this video, we’re going to examine the realities of being a superhero and all that comes along with the title. Don’t you think it’s a little unfair that a person like Hawkeye would be grouped in the same category as an alien space creature like Superman? They’re completely different entities, yet they’re both expected to save the day with the same level of relative ease. That just doesn’t equate! It’s time we talk about what we expect from superheroes, and what the reality of the situation actually is.

George Lucas, creator of Star Wars and the brilliant mind behind the first six movies of the franchise, sold everything to Disney way back in 2012 for a couple BILLION dollars. Since then, Disney has decided to round out the whole story arc with three more films to wrap things up, much like Lucas planned on doing from the beginning. Only, Disney had they own plans on how to finish the saga, and once Lucas sold the rights to his creation, they were no long obligated to use his ideas. Which, to his dismay, they didn’t.

In this video, we’ll take a look at what things would have looked like had Lucas still been at the helm. Many of his ideas have leaked publicly since they were shot down by Disney, so we’ll break down what Lucas wanted to do and how that would have resonated with audiences.

Following in the footsteps of actors like Jack Nicholson, Heath Ledger and Jared Leto, Joaquin Phoenix is the latest actor to take on the intimidating role of Joker. Hangover director Todd Phillips has taken a swing at an origin movie for the clown prince, and we get to explore Gotham City in 1989 before Bruce Wayne even put on the cowl and became Batman.

Although Phoenix is absolutely mesmerizing on-screen, the movie itself definitely raises some questions. Like are there any parts of it that aren’t inspired by or lifted from Scorsese movies like The King of Comedy and Taxi Driver? Who was even filming in that comedy club? And what exactly is this movie trying to say?
