Romance is a big part of human life and, if you’re subscribed to this channel, you more than likely also hold anime to a candle. Many anime series’, even if they aren’t focused on slice of life or intimate types of storytelling, may have scenes that will no doubt make you feel either awkward, happy or even a little giddy. Whether it be the innocent Tsurezure Children, the action-packed Dragon Ball Super or the deeply emotional, yet violent, Elfen Lied, one thing is for sure, there are a menagerie of kiss scenes that are as unforgettable as they are adorable!
Tsurezure Children entails everyday high-school teenagers who encounter the calling to bond with a significant other in hopes of forming meaningful relationships and love each other as a result. However, due to inexperience or nervousness, the teenagers often make complete fools of themselves or feel embarrassed once intimacy ensues between them. Regardless, the series brings in good vibes and is quite humorous.
The other series’ on this list are far from realistic in most cases, since they deal with fighting using magic, swords, energy attack, or invisible telekinetic hands, you know, something you’d expect in a romantic anime. Well, actually, who said all kiss scenes had to be in a romantic anime necessarily? Dragon Ball Super is definitely not romantic based, but it does have a humorous kissing scene that just had to make this list. Fortunately, for those who enjoy amazing storytelling, an impactful soundtrack and beautiful animation, look no further than Fate/Stay Night and Elfen Lied for instance, which, although are based on combat and violence, have arguably some of the best kissing scenes in Anime history.
