HHO Dry Cell Update

This setup uses 21 SS switch plate covers with the on/off opening switch hole in between the water in and gas out. It has 6 hot plates with three neutrals in between making 5 stacks. The reservoir and tubing is stained from using water from the tap in the past. I’m just starting to learn about plate surface area and proper amperage but still just a beginner and looking for some helpful advice with my next project! Plate thickness? Distance between plates?
