المقادير
كوبين طحين + كوب ثالث يضاف بعد التخمير
كوب سكر
ملعقه طاوله يانسون مطحون
ملعقه طاوله كركم
ملعقه طاوله دقة الكعك
دقه الكعك عباره عن خلطه تتكون من ملعقة
كبيرة من الشومر المطحون، ملعقة صغيرة من
المستكة المطحونة، ملعقة صغيرة من المحلب،
ملعقة صغيرة من اليانسون المطحون، تخلط جيدا
ويكيل منها ملعقه كبيره للوصفه
ملعقه شاي خميره فوريه
ملعقه شاي بايكنغ باودر
ثلاث ملاعق طاوله سمسم محمص
بعد خلط المواد الجافه يضاف:
كوب حليب فاتر
ملعقتين طاوله زيت نباتي
ملعقتين طاوله زبده مذابه
تخلط المكونات ثم
تغطى وتخمر ساعه
بعد التخمير يضاف:
كوب طحين
تعجن المواد ثم تقسم لكرات وتشكل
بواسطه المطبات الخاصه بكعك العيد
وفي حال لم تكن متوفره ممكن استخدام
المطبه الخاصه بالمعمول بالتمر
يخبز كعك العيد لحوالى ١٨ دقيقه على
حراره سفليه بدرجه ٣٥٠ فهرنهايت
مده الصلاحيه: اكثر من اسبوع في مرطبان جاف ومعقم بعيدا عن الحراره

ينعاد عليكم بالصحه والبركه
