In this video, we’ll show you how to make a Mediterranean-inspired spread in just 5 minutes. We use a can of garbanzo beans, also called chickpeas, as the base for our spread. Then, add some garlic, ground cumin, salt and olive oil and give it a whirl in a food processor. This hummus has a good amount of fiber and protein, so it’s good for you too!
