In this video I go over several ways to avoid being hacked and getting a virus including not using the same password on multiple sites, using LastPass to generate and save long and random passwords, installing antivirus software such as Microsoft Security Essentials, keeping Windows and Mac up to date with browser and plugin updates (Flash, Java, Silverlight, Quicktime) and using common sense when downloading.
