I’M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANY MORE! Today on What to Watch Before You Die, it’s Network a poignant satire, and an incredibly prescient look at the state of TV journalism in America – http://goo.gl/9AGRm
Network is a must-watch for anyone interested in the state of mass media. Even though it was made in the 70s, a lot of the issues are still at play today (or more so!) If you’re ready to get angry, or have a cleansing moment of clarity (on national airtime or otherwise)you should definitely check out Network. Put it on your list of movies to see before you die (or get replaced by a younger anchor despite your years of experience).
