Jello shots are thought of as something you don’t consume past your college days. They are typically comprised of bottom shelf vodka and hawaiian, hence the reason you don’t drink once you graduate and stop partying at frat houses. Freya Estreller– Founder of Ludlows Cocktail Co.– is here to show that doesn’t have to be the case though, with her recipe for Aperol Spritz jello shots. These jello shots are so grown up, they aren’t even served in plastic cups.
