Actors are a dime a dozen, right? Okay, maybe that’s a bit harsh. The truth is, every actor is unique. Some actors are lucky enough to get cast in a role that makes them iconic. Others, not so much. In fact, there are some actors who have had the great misfortune of being miscast in a television show or movie. Maybe it was tensions on set. Maybe it was drama with other actors. Or maybe it’s just that they weren’t right for the part from the get-go. Whatever the reason, it’s not as uncommon as you’d think.

There have been plenty of movies and television shows through the years that have recast for a variety of reasons. Take The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, for instance. The character of Vivian Banks was recast halfway through due to the original actress having issues working with Will Smith. In other cases, it might be a scheduling issue. For instance, Lacey Chabert was originally cast as Meg in Family Guy, but had to give up the role to pursue an education and another television show. In some cases, the character was recast so young, no one really noticed. How about Morgan in Boy Meets World? Did you even know she was recast? In one particular instance, the recasting became a running gag for the cast and crew. Can you guess which character this was?

After all the crazy MCU Phase 4 announcements at Comic Con, the Black Widow movie has taken something of a back seat in terms of fan interest.

The likes of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder, Blade, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, and WandaVision have all seemingly overshadowed the Scarlett Johansson-led project somewhat.

But that really shouldn’t be the case. If 2014’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier proved anything, it’s that MCU spy thrillers can be as good as any of the franchise’s more “epic” offerings.

With that in mind, we’ve got a pretty exciting theory about Black Widow’s villain, the Taskmaster.

In a nutshell, it’s the theory that Rachel Weisz will be playing the MCU’s version of the iconic character!

Obviously, in the comic books, Taskmaster is classically a male by the name of Anthony Masters – but Marvel Studios HAS been known to stray from the source material when it comes to its villains.

Just look at the likes of the Mandarin, Whiplash and, more recently, Ghost – the latter of whom was actually gender-swapped from male to female in 2018’s Ant-Man and the Wasp (so there is precedent for that in the franchise).

If Weisz isn’t playing Taskmaster, another theory suggests that, at the very least, she’ll be tied to the character’s creation in the Black Widow movie.

Fans everywhere are raving about the hilarious anime parody One Punch Man, which features Saitama, the strongest hero in existence. Seriously, this guy is so powerful that he can defeat literally any opponent with a single punch. That might sound awesome, but it’s actually pretty annoying for our hero. After all, he got into fighting bad guys because he thought it would be fun, but has a hard time finding any sort of thrill or excitement when he can just defeat everyone so swiftly and easily.

In this video, we’ll take a look at the root of his powers. Little information is known about where these abilities come from, other than three years of an oddly specific and somewhat difficult exercise routine. That can’t be the true reason for his powers, though, so we’re digging deep to find out what really happened and how Saitama turned into such a force.

As you’ve probably already heard, Disney is launching their own streaming platform called Disney+. While it’s sure to offer a slew of new, original programming for people to enjoy, it’s their Marvel content that has audiences truly fired up. One of their upcoming Marvel series is “What If”, a spin-off of their popular comic book series that look at alternate outcomes from some of their more popular storylines.

In this video, we’ll theorize which alternate outcomes they’ll be exploring. One or two may already have been confirmed, but there’s apparently going to be 23 in total; one for each Marvel movie release to date. The series will be animated, but feature the voices of all the original stars from the movies. We’ll explain the premise in detail, as well as theorize about where this whole series can go.
