The Boys Season 2 Is Going To Be Crazier Than Ever

2020 is almost here, and you know what that means! The Boys is coming back for season two. This show, which is everything that Marvel is not, became an instant smash hit for it’s crazy characters and seriously gory storylines. Season one left off on a ton of insane cliffhangers, and we’ve been waiting impatiently for the new year to find out just what happened. A trailer for the new season was recently dropped, but then Amazon deleted it before we could say “Homelander stop lasering my eyes out of my skull!” But don’t worry, we got a good look at it, and we have all of the details about season two in the video below.

We can’t talk about season two without seeing where we left off in that insane finale of season one first. At the end of the episode, we saw Homelander and Billy finally come face to face, and Homelander landed Billy more than one devastating blow. Not only did he claim that the relationship between him and Becca was consensual, but he reveals that it actually resulted in a child, and that Becca is alive. We also saw Hughie, Frenchie, and Mother’s Milk go on the run, while Starlight tried to revive A Train from his heart Attack. The Deep was off living his worst life, and Madelyn is decidedly no more.

Actors bring the world so much joy. They make us laugh and cry and, when they’re giving it their all, they can even help the material they’re portraying transcend to another level. But because the most successful screen actors also make millions and millions of dollars, they can be a little disconnected from the rest of the world. And by ‘a little disconnected’ we really mean A LOT disconnected. This much is evidenced when you start to look at some actors’ unique on set demands. They’re more than a little crazy.

George Clooney, for instance, insists on a lavish trailer space. Even for a film like ‘Gravity,’ where his part is small, he demanded he have a basketball court and a beach hut near his trailer. Marlon Brando might have been one of the greatest actors on the planet, but he was notoriously difficult to work with. He insisted on reading his lines off cue cards instead of memorizing them and would sometimes go pantless when he knew the bottom half of his body wouldn’t be in a shot. Ben Affleck ended up having the ‘Gone Girl’ production shut down for a few days when he, as a Red Sox fan, refused to wear a Yankees cap in one of the film’s scenes. Jim Carrey took the concept of method acting a bit too far when he portrayed Andy Kaufman in ‘Man on the Moon,’ insisting he was channeling Kaufman’s spirit.

These Small Details In The Parasite Movie Mean So Much More Than You Think

The movie Parasite was a huge hit which earned no shortage of award nominations. But even if you’re one of its many fans there might have been some things about it that you didn’t notice the first time you watched. We’ll talk about all of the Easter Eggs we spotted including why the name of Mr. Park’s company is so appropriate. We’ll also take a look at some behind the scenes information and learn why writer and director Bong Joon-ho very nearly ended up going in an entirely different direction. Without the help of actor Song Kang-ho who plays Kim Ki-taek, this film would have never been created in the first place. You’ll learn why Choi Woo-shik who plays Kim Ki-woo and Park So-dam who plays Kim Ki-jeong didn’t even have to audition for their parts. If you thought Gook Moon-gwang the housekeeper sounded familiar, you might have heard her voice in another popular piece of fiction. Even though the Kim family doesn’t live in the nicest neighborhood, a lot of work went into creating an atmospheric and functional set.

Morbius Is Already A Part Of The MCU

The trailer that we got a little bit ago for the upcoming entry in Sony’s Marvel Universe, Morbius, looks pretty freakin’ amazing, and we here at Screen Rant are super hyped to check it out.

And this level of excitement has a lot to do with a few of the larger reveals that we got in that trailer. Of course, there was the graffiti that revealed that Spider-Man does exist in this universe, and has apparently done some pretty bad things in the eyes of the everyman.

But then there is the biggest one, the cameo by Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes, aka The Vulture. Which sets up a whole bunch of possibilities, including a potential Sinister Six team-up.

But, his appearance here has raised a few questions. How does a blue-collar man like Toomes know someone who is a Nobel Prize Laureate? What is he doing in this film at all?

Well, it all could go back to a random background extra in Spider-Man: Homecoming. A background extra, that could very well be Michael Morbius himself.

Sit back and take a load off as I break it down for ya and explain how Moribus could be retconned into the Spider-Man film franchise, and why he probably should be.
