Some of the biggest names in women’s MMA and other stars from around the UFC meet with the media before taking the Octagon on Saturday at UFC 184.

On episode #4 of UFC 184 Embedded, women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and challenger Cat Zingano appear for fans at open workouts. Zingano goes in search of the lightest bikini on the market, then dresses up for what turns out to be an intense staredown against the equally-formal titleholder. Co-main stars Raquel Pennington and Holly Holm also appear at Ultimate Media Day, sharing their thoughts on the importance of the female-topped event. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the UFC 184 Pay-Per-View, taking place Saturday, February 28.

This hugely epic period piece is very possibly Mel Gibson’s vest work, both as actor and director. The Academy certainly thought so, awarding it the Oscar for Best Picture, Director, Cinematography, Sound Effects, and Makeup.

A cross between an historical epic, action movie, and biopic, Braveheart tells the story of William Wallace (Mel Gibson), as he leads his Scottish countrymen in a fight against the domination of England’s King Edward.

Mel Gibson has been more in the news for the wrong reasons than the right ones in recent years, but Braveheart is still worth a watch. If only for the amazing battle scenes, and no shyness about violence and nudity. None at all.

So, don’t go in expecting an historical document. Among other things, kilts were not contemporary to 13th century Scotland, so a rather iconic bit at the end probably didn’t happen. (Oh, and there are a lot of other, actual historical inaccuracies, like the fact that Isabelle of France and Wallace never met. Or “met”)
