On Episode 2 of UFC 186 Embedded, UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson gets in a late-night workout alongside the star of the co-main event, former 205-pound champion Rampage Jackson. Middleweight Michael Bisping polishes his French and does some grocery shopping. Then all three are off to Ultimate Media Day where they face off against their respective opponents: Kyoji Horiguchi, Fabio Maldonado and CB Dollaway. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the flyweight championship at UFC 186: Johnson vs. Horiguchi, taking place Saturday, April 25 on Pay-Per-View.

This week, our heroes find out just how far they’ve got to go to become superheroes. Before they can take up Captain America’s Shield or Thor’s Hammer, they need to set some goals. Will we be able to replicate Chris Pratt’s transformation into Star Lord? Maybe, but we’ll have to keep careful track of our progress, and an important component of that is taking body measurements. Superstar trainer Steve Zim gives our team the same guidance he gives actors prepping for movie and TV roles. He stresses the importance of recording measurements to track progress.
And there’s a lot of work ahead… Because at the end, we’re making a SUPERHERO MOVIE!
