Tropical Orange Pudding… Sorted Eats Brazil

This pudim de laranja is a light and very refreshing dessert has origins in Portugal, using a French cooking method and is now loved in Brazil. The zesty and fairly alcoholic papaya and cachaça salad served beside it (optional… you could just use lime and sugar) makes it awesomely tropical!

Rainbow Pasta Recipe

The internet loves rainbows… EVERYONE loves pasta! Why not combine the two?!

We’ve done rainbow coloured stuff before, but it’s always been sweet, or needed loads of syrup drizzled over the top. This time we tackle savoury and cook up some delicious tasting bright coloured pasta. Not exactly all the colours in the rainbow but wow do they look good!

Saucy Shrimp Recipe… Sorted Eats Brazil

This Vatapá is incredible. It’s unlike any other dish we’ve ever cooked. A vibrant thick stew with its roots in African cuisine, it’s now a favourite in the northeast of Brazil.

A creamy and nutty flavour with a slight kick from chilli, tang from the lime and a hearty shrimpy taste. Complete with our twist of pan fried prawns and seabass it’s fit for anyone and everyone to enjoy!
