On TV, millions of kids love seeing their favorite Nicktoons and shows until one day they’ve all just disappeared. New shows come in and the others fade away like they never existed. Except for some rare cases, Nick shows do not really go out with a bang because they want children to focus on the next thing coming in. There have been ten shows that dropped off the map even though they had the fan bases and potential to last for a very long time.

Ahh! Real Monsters was a big hit for both Nick and the creators of the Rugrats, but plans for an official movie ended the series and stalled the film from ever hitting the big screen. Jimmy Neutron was a great CG success for Nick, but producing so many digital effects killed the animation studio that created it along with some ants. Salute Your Shorts could have gone on for years showcasing the hijinks of summer camp, but the show ended all because of a change in production locations. Ren and Stimpy loved to push boundaries, but fights with censors left the show on the chopping block. Zoey 101 dealt with some real life drama that forced the show to leave the air just as it was gaining massive popularity. Angry Beavers was a unique Nicktoon, but the creators were constantly battling with Nick over content, ideas, and deadlines. My Brother & Me was only 13 episodes long and the show could have lasted for numerous years thinks to the great actors and hilarious storylines.
