Michael Cimarusti is the co-owner and James Beard Award-winning chef at Providence, a fine dining, seafood forward restaurant that many consider to be the best in Los Angeles. Sang Yoon is as infamous as he is famous in the L.A. food scene. His flagship chain of gastropubs—Father’s Office—introduced us Angelenos to the idea of a high-end hamburger.
