HELLO SCREENRANTERS! The Joker film has done pretty well. Well, at least with the vast majority of fans. Critics can be a little…critic-y. And with the film’s success, we wanted to put together a trivia filled video all about the Clown Prince of Crime. We poured over the film, frame by frame, and put together a list of all the hidden details and Easter Eggs. References to other moving pictures, to the comics, and even some real-life events. There are loads! You can annoy so many strangers with all the information you pick up from here! Yeah, ScreenRant! Making the world more cinematic day by day.
But can we give you more detail on what’s in the video? Heck yeah, we can! To start with, there are quite a few references to the filmic library of Martin Scorsese. And not only due to Robert De Niro being in Joker. We also have some info regarding Arkham Asylum. Which Arthur Fleck helps us out with! DC comic stories may not have been adapted for the film. But there are some influences from a couple of Joker’s iconic moments. Who’s this Debra Kane character? We shall tell you where she’s from and what she represents! Why does that Thomas Wayne fellow look familiar? Well, we’re going to tell you! And it involves another Warner Brothers epic…and maybe it’s related to Batman…suspense. So, join us today as we fill you up on some Joker goodness!
When the dead rise, it’s important to be well informed! For this list, we’re looking at what you need to know before seeing the much-anticipated sequel “Zombieland: Double Tap”. From Tallahassee’s Twinkie obsession, to Bill Murray’s cameo, to Columbus’ survival rules, we recap the events and themes of the first “Zombieland”, and set the scene for the second. What most stuck with YOU from the first “Zombieland”? Let us know in the comments!

Step inside the pitch meeting that led to Will Smith’s Gemini Man!

The script for Ang Lee’s Gemini Man starring Will Smith and… Will Smith, has apparently been floating around Hollywood for an incredibly long time. Several stars have been attached to the project before like Mel Gibson, Clint Eastwood and Harrison Ford. Now that de-aging technology has improved a whole lot, the movie has finally come to life… Kind of.
The film definitely raises a whole lot of questions. Like why does this movie feel like it should have come out in the 90s? What’s up with the world elite assassin having a best friend who’s a pilot/chauffeur? Why does Clay Verris not use his most powerful weapons right away when trying to take out his most powerful enemy? And what the heck was that motorcycle fight scene?
To answer all these questions and more, step inside the pitch meeting that led to Gemini Man! It’s super easy, barely an inconvenience!

Ever since the series ended we’ve been wondering what really happened to Jesse Pinkman? Of course, we all had our own ideas on the subject but now we finally know what series creator Vince Gilligan thinks thanks to the Breaking Bad movie. But if you need the ending explained, don’t worry, we’re here to help. And naturally, there will be quite a few spoilers. What was up with that flashback involving Walter White and was the ending a jab at the Dexter finale? Who is the Brock Cantillo who should be checking his mailbox for a letter in due time? We’ll point out some things you probably didn’t notice, at least the first time around. And who wasn’t thrilled to see Jane Margolis show back up? Well, probably everyone but still! El Camino was definitely a wild ride but we’ll take you through our hero’s travel to Alaska and talk about why the film ended the way it did. As Mike Ehrmantraut once said, “it doesn’t hurt to have someone watching your back” but now Jesse is all alone in the world.
What do you think about this movie? Do you think it was a totally unnecessary addition to a practically perfect television series or were you glad to see the continuation of this epic story?
