Fans of the Sony PlayStation are renowned for their deep and abiding love of the series of consoles. We can’t blame them, because we love them and the games you can get on them too. Something which makes it a cut above its rivals is, for us, the PlayStation Store. We’ve already seen Steam for PC gamers but, when the PlayStation Store was launched in 2006 for the PS3, it became a real game changer for consoles. With the PS Store, you can just purchase the programs and keep them on your hard drive. You can also automatically download updates with PS Plus, as well as download games remotely. You can also find hidden extras for games you’d forgotten, change the way your screen looks, show off your trophies, grab a bargain and more.
