Porsche 911 GT3 RS 2018 review | 513bhp roadgoing racer tested | Autocar

This time, that comes with a power upgrade to the 911 GT3’s 4.0-litre engine – which is basically a Cup race car engine – taking it to 513bhp (520 metric hp). It revs to 9000rpm – that’s worth hearing, by the way.

It drives the rear wheels through a seven-speed PDK gearbox, which shifts more quickly and cleanly than ever, and drives through one of the funkiest chassis in the business. The suspension is rose-jointed, there are active engine mounts, a rear-steer system, wheels and tyres from the absurd GT2 RS and the brilliance and genius or Porsche’s engineers to make all of this into a massively engaging, brilliant handling, cohesive entirety.

Is it better than other £140,000 coupes? Is it better to drive than the Aston Martin Vantage, Audi R8, McLaren 570S? On a track, the GT3 RS is better than anything this side of a Caterham 7 or Radical.

Fortnite is one of the most popular games in the world and it deserves to be. The battle royale game has a crazy amount of replay value and is just a barrel of endless fun. Chasing that elusive first victory is one of the most challenging things you could do and it doesn’t stop there. You never stop trying to be the sole survivor and, with practice and perseverance, you’ll have double digit victories in no time. That being said, there are some things about Fortnite that just drive players crazy.

For starters, there are so many young kids with ridiculously annoying high-pitched voices in a game of squads. Even though you need communication to win, these squeakers will get muted the second they open their mouths. Chests can be a source of both joy and frustration. Sometimes, they’re very difficult to find and once you do find them, they give you terrible loot. Bush campers are some of the most annoying players you’ll ever find who result to cheesy tactics to cover up their shoddy combat skills. Overpopulated places like Tilted Towers are great landing spots…if you wanna die right away. Building is fun until you accidentally make a roof cap instead of a wall during an intense firefight. Getting killed by a trap is frustrating, but getting killed by C4 while looting a supply drop takes things to another level.
