قالت الفنانة إنجى عبد الله إن الطبيب المعالج لها أبلغها، بإصابتها بورم فى المخ والنخاع الشوكى، وأن صعوبة العملية تتمثل فى عدم سهولة فتح
المكان المتواجد فيه الورم، ولكن الطبيب طمأنها. وأضافت إنجى عبد الله قائلة: الحمد لله راضية بقضاء الله وعندى أمل ومتفائلة، وأنا حاليًا فى انتظار تحديد موعد للعملية.
وطالبت إنجى الجمهور ومحبيها بالدعاء لها، حتى تستطيع تخطى هذه الأزمة المرضية، والتى قالت عنها “اختبار من الله”، وستكون جاهدة حتى تستطيع النجاح فيه.
انجى عبد الله ممثلة مصرية، كانت بدايتها السينيمائية عام 2001 من خلال فيلم (بدر) مع بطل الكونغ فو (يوسف منصور)،
وتم ترشيحها للدور بعد فوزها بمسابقة ملكة جمال مصر عام 1999، لتبتعد عن التمثيل لفترة، قبل أن تعود من خلال مسلسل (امرأة فوق العادة) عام 2007،
وتتوالى بعدها أعمالها ما بين السينما والتلفزيون والتي من أبرزها (هجوم منتصف الليل، شطرنج، النار والطين).
وقد احتفلت ملكة جمال مصر لعام 1999 بزفافها على القائم بأعمال السفير التركي بالقاهرة ألبير بوسوتر في منزل السفير على ضفاف النيل.
جاء زفافهما بعد قصة حب دامت أكثر من عام أثارت جدلاً بسبب توتر العلاقات بين البلدين في الفترة الأخيرة إلا أن القائم بالأعمال اختار أن يحتفل بزفافه في مصر،
وقدم الدعوة لبعض المسؤولين المصريين والصحفيين في لفتة تحمل رسالة ودية تجاه مصر.
