Matt shares some of his BJJ knowledge to local fighters and even rolls with Nick the Tooth. The boys check out a promotion called the AFC, and Dana is impressed with the up and coming MMA scene in Alaska.

فيروز (21 نوفمبر 1935)، مغنية لبنانية. اسمها الحقيقي «نهاد رزق وديع حداد»، قدمت مع زوجها الراحل عاصي الرحباني وأخوه منصور الرحباني المعروفين بالأخوين رحباني العديد من الأغاني
والأوبريهات وبدأت الغناء وهي في عمر الخمس سنوات و لاقت رواجاً واسعاً في العالم العربي والشرق الأوسط والعديد من دول العالم وهي من أقدم فنّاني العالم المستمرين إلى اليوم، ومن أفضل
الأصوات العربية ومن أعظم مطربي العالم ونالت جوائز و أوسمة عالمية
ولدت فيروز في حارة زقاق البلاط في مدينة بيروت في لبنان لعائلة فقيرة الحال.والدها وديع حداد
كان يعمل في مطبعة الجريدة اللبنانية لوريون التي تصدر حتى يومنا هذا باللغة الفرنسية ببيروت. ووالدتها لبنانية مسيحية مارونية تدعى ليزا البستاني، والتي توفيت في نفس اليوم الذي سجلت فيه فيروز أغنية يا جارة الوادي

كانت( نهاد) أو (فيروز) فيما بعد هي الطفلة الأولى لأسرة بسيطة كانت تسكن في زقاق البلاط في الحي القديم القريب من العاصمة اللبنانية. كان الجيران يتشاركون مع أمها ليزا البستاني أدوات المطبخ
في ذلك البيت المؤلف من غرفة واحدة، أما الأب الهادئ الطباع ذو الخلق الرفيع فكان يعمل في مطبعة تسمى “لي جور”. كانت فيروز تحب الغناء منذ صغرها، إلا أن الأسرة لم تكن تستطيع شراء جهاز راديو

فكانت تجلس إلى شباك البيت لتسمع صوته السحري قادمًا من بعيد حاملا أصوات أم كلثوم، ومحمد عبد الوهاب، و أسمهان، وليلى مراد. وفي حفلة المدرسة التي أقيمت عام 1946 أعلن
الأستاذ محمد فليفل أحد الأخوين فليفل اللذين لحنا النشيد الوطني السوري عن اكتشافه الجديد، ألا وهو صوت فيروز. رفض الأب المحافظ فكرة
الأستاذ فليفل بأن تغني ابنته أمام العامة، لكن

الأخير نجح في إقناعه بعد أن أكد له أنها لن تغني سوى الأغاني الوطنية، فوافق الأب مشترطا أن يرافقها أخوها جوزيف في أثناء دراستها في المعهد الوطني للموسيقى والذي كان يرأسه
وديع صبرة مؤلف الموسيقى الوطنية اللبنانية، والذي رفض تقاضي أية مصروفات من كل التلاميذ الذين أتوا مع فليفل. انضمت فيروز إلى فرقة الإذاعة الوطنية اللبنانية بعد دخولها المعهد بشهور
قليلة، وتتذكر تلك الأيام فتقول (كانت أمنيتي أن أغني في الإذاعة، وقد أخبروني أنني سوف أتقاضى مبلغ 100 ليرة (21 دولارًا) في الشهر. كانت فرحتي لا توصف، لكن في نهاية الشهر لم أكن محظوظة كفاية، بسبب خصم الضريبة
