نجمة مصرية مشهورة والدتها مسيحية وأبيها مسلم وولدت بالإمارات وتعرف على شقيقتها وحبها الأول

مى عز الدين فنانة مصرية، اسمها الحقيقي ‘’ماهيتاب حسين عز الدين’‘، ولدت يوم 19 يناير عام 1980م في أبو ظبي بالإمارات، ثم عادت مع والدتها إلى الإسكندرية وهي لا تزال في الثالثة من
عمرها، حصلت على بكالوريوس من قسم
الاجتماع بكلية الآداب في جامعة الإسكندرية. قامت بتمثيل العديد من الأدوار في السينما المصرية والإنتاج التليفزيوني في مصر ، وكانت قد خطبت في عام 2009 إلى اللاعب محمد زيدان ولكنهما انفصلا بعد ذلك.
قالت الفنانة مي عزالدين إنها ولدت في إمارة أبو ظبي، عام 1980، وانفصل والدها ووالدتها قبل أن تكمل عامها الثالث، فعادت بها والدتها إلى مسقط رأسها بالإسكندرية ، موضحة أن والدتها
«مسيحية» ولا تزال، لكنها ساعدتها على الالتزام بتعاليم الدين الإسلامي وقواعده، إيمانًا منها بأن على كل إنسان أن يعيش كما ولد، وأن يعبد الله كما خلقه، مشيرة إلى أنها وباعتبارها ولدت لأب مسلم،
فقد حرصت والدتها على أن تلتزم بالدين الإسلامي. وأضافت «مى عز الدين»، خلال استضافتها في برنامج «أنا والعسل» الذي يقدمه الإعلامي نيشان ، أن والدتها كانت أحرص منها
على أن تصوم خلال شهر رمضان، وأن تصلي الفروض في أوقاتها، مشيرة إلى أن المرة الوحيدة التي عاقبتها والدتها بالضرب على ما فعلته كانت بسبب تقصيرها في الصلاة.
وأوضحت أن ذلك يعود إلى قناعة والدتها بحرية العقيدة لكل إنسان، لذلك كانت تشجعها على قراءة القرآن، مضيفة أن والدتها لم تحاول ولو مرة واحدة أن تدفعها إلى اعتناق المسيحية ولو بإشارة أو تلميح
وقد شاركت النجمة المصرية مي عز الدين جمهورها عبر صفحتها الخاصة على انستغرام صورة تجمعها بأختها غير الشقيقة “هبة” بمناسبة حفل زفافها،
وقد قدمت مي عز الدين التهنئة لشقيقتها هبة عبر الصورة وتمنت لها حياة سعيدة وزواج سعيد.
ارتدت مي عز الدين فستان ناعم من الدانتيل الأبيض والأسود لفت الأنظار لجمالها وجاذبيتها.
هبة هي ابنة والد مي عز الدين من أم أخرى وقد ذكرت مي عز الدين سابقاً مدى محبتها وعلاقتها القوية بشقيقتها هبة منذ الطفولة
بدايتها الفنية
في عام 2001، نمى إليها أن المطرب محمد فؤاد يبحث عن وجه جديد ليشاركه البطولة في فيلمه رحلة حب، أخذت الزمام في يدها وطلبت من
صديق العائلة المخرج منير راضي أن يعرفها على مخرج الفيلم المخرج محمد النجار الذي وجد فيها الجمال والموهبة، وبسرعة تم الأتصال بِمحمد فؤاد الذي أخذ بجمالها وأسند إليها الدور.
الظهور الثاني لها كان في مسلسل أين قلبي، الذي لعبت فيه دور ابنة الممثلة يسرا.
حيث أعجبت فيها وعرفت منها أنها سبق لها القيام ببطولة فيلم أمام محمد فؤاد، فقامت بمكالمة مجدي أبو عميرة مخرج مسلسل أين قلبي
وأخبرته أنها وجدت من ستقوم بدور ابنتها في المسلسل، وفعلا أسند الدور لها رغم وجود أربعين مرشحة وأكدت أنها تعلمت الكثير من الممثلة يسرا من خلال المشاركة معها.
