لا شكّ أن معادلة الموهبة والشكل أمرٌ واقع يدركه جميع النجوم لا بل النجمات، خصوصاً أن الأنظار تتركز على المشاهير النساء أكثر من الرجال، وهذا يتضمّن ليس فقط تسريحة الشهر والماكياج والبشرة المشرقة والأزياء، بل أيضاً الرشاقة الضروريّة لإطلالة رقيقة في كلّ مناسبة.
ومع ذلك، نجمات كثيرات حاربنَ آفة السّمنَة ونجحنَ في التخلّص منها تدريجياً، نجول على أبرزهنّ في تقريرنا التالي:
ديانا كرزون قبل وبعد

حين أطلّت ديانا كرزون في برنامج أراب أيدول لتمثّل وطنها الأردن، نجحت بأن تفوز باللقب رغم كل الإثارة التي أحيطت بالموضوع والكثير الذي قيلَ عن أنها لم تكن تستحق اللقب بل كان يُفترض أن يناله اللبناني ملحم زين أو السورية رويدا عطية. إلا أن ما وافق عليه الجميع في وقتها هو أن ديانا تبدو سمينة وأنها تحتاج لتخفيف وزنها، الأمر الذي يرتبط أيضاً بصحّة الصوت وقدرته على عدم الإختناق، فالدهون التي تتجمّع حول الأحبال الصوتية تضرّ بها مع مرور الوقت. ديانا خضعت لعملية ربط لمعدتها فخسرت عشرات الكيلوغرامات بوقت قياسي، كما أنها طبقت رجيم الماء الذي أخبرناك عنه سابقاً على أنا امرأة. ومن فورها خضعت لجلسة تصوير لتتباهَى بإنجازها وجمالها الذي بات أكثر بروزاً بعد فقدانها للوزن الزائد.
شيرين عبد الوهاب قبل وبعد

قد تكون شيرين من أكثر الفنانات العربيات نعومةً، لكن الأمر لم يبقَ على حاله حين اكتسبت عشرات الكيلوغرامات بعد إنجابها لإبنتها الثانية هنا، وعلى عكس ولادتها الأولى لم تنجح شيرين بأن تزيل ما اكتسبته من وزن على الفور، بل بقيت على هذه الحال لما يزيد عن العامين بحيثُ سخرت منها إحدى المجلات المصرية عندما شاركت في حفلة في دار الأوبرا في القاهرة إذ وصفتها بـ “الحجم العائلي”، ليصبح وزن شيرين الزائد حديث الصحافة لفترة، حتى إنّها عندما شاركت في “مهرجان الدوحة الغنائي” وسئلت عن وزنها، أجابت أنّها تريد أن تعيد موضة “التخن” إلى الفن العربي.. لكن، شيرين عادت لتخسر كل الوزن الزائد من خلال نظام غذائي قاسٍ التزمت به خصوصاً أنّها كانت تعرف بأن صورتها ستتأثّر سلباً في حال لم تفعل ذلك، وقد بدَت بكامل رشاقتها وأناقتها على غلاف ألبومها الأخير بعنوان “أنا كتير”.

سميّة الخشاب قبل وبعد

بدأت علامات السّمنة تظهر بوضوح على الممثلة النجمة سمية الخشاب وقد أصيب جمهور الفنانة بحالة من الدهشة والصدمة فور أن بدأت صور مسلسليها “كيد النسا” و “وادي الملوك” في الإنتشار عبر المنتديات والمواقع الإلكترونية المختلفة، خصوصاً أنّها كانت قد ابتعدت عن الأضواء لفترة لتظهر سمينة ما أثّر جدّاً على مظهرها. لاحقاً وبعد الانتقادات التي طالتها، خضعت سمية لحمية قاسية فخسرت 15 كيلوغراماً وارتكزت الحمية على العصير والماء مع ممارسة الرياضة أربع ساعات يومياً.
