فتاة إماراتية حامل بينما الكشف الطبى أثبت أنها مازالت عذراء…وحوادث أخرى غريبة…!!
وقع خبر حمل فتاة إماراتية تبلغ من العمر 15 عاماً، وهي عذراء كالصاعقة على رأس أسرتها التي اهتز عالمها كله على وقع المعلومات المتناقضة، فكيف تكون «طفلتهم» حاملاً وهي لاتزال في طور المراهقة الأولى.. وكيف تكون حاملاً وهي عذراء؟
حسب التقرير الطبي الصادر من شرطة دبي، بأنه عندما تم فحص الفتاة كانت النتيجة أنها حامل في الأسبوع 29، وأن الجنين حي إلا أنها مازالت عذراء…
هنا رجحت الطبيبة سحر مسعود، من مصلحة الطب الشرعي أنه من الممكن أن تكون الفتاة قد
حملت إثر تسرب كمية صغيرة من السائل المنوي إلى الرحم دون الحاجة لفقدانها العذرية.
القصة الغريبة التي حظيت بردود فعل متباينة بدأت فصولها عندما تعرفت منى على ياسر، وهو طالب مدرسة ويكبرها بعام واحد فقط، ويسكن في إمارة دبي أيضاً، عبر أحد مواقع الدردشة على الإنترنت، واتفق الطرفان على أن يتم اللقاء بينهما، وبالفعل رتبت منى اللقاء، وساعدت صديقها في التسلل إلى بيت العائلة دون علم من الأهل وجاءها 3 مرات!
بسؤالها أصرت على أن الجنين ثمرة لعلاقة غير مشروعة ربطتها بهذا الفتى الذي أنكر التهمة، وقال إنه ارتبط بعلاقة حب مع الفتاة ولم يقم
بمعاشرتها معاشرة الأزواج، وإنما نام معها في سرير واحد وتبادلا القبل، وهذا الطفل الذي في أحشائها ليس طفلي، وقد صرخ بذلك في قاعة المحكمة، فيما طالبت الفتاة بفحص الـ«دي إن إيه»
لإثبات نسب الطفل الذي سيدخل الدنيا ولا يعلم ما سيلاقيه…
يسرد الفتى قصته قائلاً: تعرفت على منى قبل سنتين عبر أحد المواقع الإلكترونية للدردشة،
وبعدها تقابلنا في منزل أسرتها، حيثُ كانت تسهل لي مهمة الدخول إلى المنزل والبقاء في غرفتها دون أن يعلم أي أحد من أفراد عائلتها، وكنا نكتفي بالقبل، وباللعب معاً، وبتحسس أجزاء جسمها لكني لم أقم بفض غشاء بكارتها كما تدعي، بل كانت العملية لعباً وتفريغ شهوة دون الحاجة لذلك. المتهم الإماراتي ياسر نفي ممارسة الرذيلة مع الفتاة، وأنه انفصل عنها قبل أن يعرف أنها حامل.
لكن منى أصرت أمام النيابة أنها كانت ترتبط بعلاقة حب معه، في منزلها بعد نوم أهلها، وأضافت: «مارس معي بشكل كامل 3 مرات، وعندما أخبرته بأنني حامل لم يكترث»!، والقضاء ينظر اليوم في
واقعة أصغر أم إماراتية مراهقة عذراء، ووجهت لهما تهمة هتك العرض بالرضا المعاقب عليها في المادة 356 من قانون العقوبات الاتحادي وتعديلاته لغاية 2006 في شأن الأحداث الجانحين والمشردين.
القصة الغريبة الثانية
ذكرت مصادر رسمية أن سيدة سعودية قامت بقطع العضو الذكرى لزوجها أثناء نومه، حتى تمنعه من زواجه بسيدة أخرى، حيث تم إسعاف الزوج فى مستشفى عام بالرياض ثم تقرر تحويله إلى مستشفى آخر بالإسعاف الطبى الطائر.
وقالت مصادر مطلعة إن السيدة أقدمت على هذه الجريمة، بهدف الانتقام من زوجها، الذي قرر أن يتزوج مرة ثانية.
