شريف باهر (1 يناير 1965 ) ممثل مصري ، مدير اعمال الفنان محمد هنيدي وعديله
في البداية يقول الفنان محمد هنيدي: «علاقتي بمدير أعمالي شريف باهر ليست كعلاقة أي فنان آخر بمدير أعماله، لأن هناك صداقة حميمة وقرابة قوية تجمعان بيننا، لذا أعتمد عليه اعتماداً كلياً فأنا لا أستطيع أن أخطو خطوة بدونه. هو يباشر كل مهماتي الفنية من الألف إلى الياء ولا تفوته كبيرة أو صغيرة، وهو مدير أعمال ناجح بالدرجة الأولى وحريص على القيام بواجباته على أكمل وجه، فهو لا يفارقني أبداً في أماكن التصوير والحفلات وحتى في السفر واستشيره في أدق أمور حياتي الفنية والشخصية على حد سواء لأنه يتمتع بذكاء وسرعة بديهة، لذا لا أستطيع الاستغناء عنه في أي حال من الأحوال».

أما شريف باهر فيقول: «هنيدي صديق قديم أعتز به قبل أن يكون مجرد فنان أدير له أعماله، وهو يمنحني الحرية الكاملة لممارسة عملي كما يروق لي وذلك نابع من الارتياح النفسي والثقة المتبادلة بيننا. فأنا أقوم بكل مهمات السكرتير الشخصي من حيث ترتيب المواعيد والمقابلات الصحافية والتلفزيونية، كما أرد أحياناً على المكالمات التي تأتي على الرقم الخاص به واتسلم السيناريوهات التي ترسل إليه وأقرأها وأقدم ملخصاً لها ليطلع عليه هنيدي، وأبدي رأيي في نوعية الأدوار التي تعرض عليه. ويصل الأمر الى التدخل في إبداء بعض الملاحظات على مشاهد التصوير الخاصة به. وأخيراً أقول إن أي مدير أعمال ناجح يسعى دائماً لنجاح نجمه ويبذل قصارى جهده من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف».
