Traditionally these are Sicilian, but can be found all over Italy. It’s a fairly unique pastry made from white wine, shaped and fried. Then the filling is up to you… we’ve gone for ricotta cheese with apple and cinnamon. We guess it’s the Italian twist on apple pie!

يعتبر اشرف عبد الباقى من رجال الاعمال الفنية المتميزة فلديه عقلية فنية فى ادارة العمل الفنى كما شهد له الفنان عادل امام من قبل فى مقابلة له مع هالة سرحان ع قناة روتانا سينما وهو من مواليد شبرا عام 1960 اكتشفه مسرحياً المخرج هانى مطاوع ومثل اشرف على خشبة المسرح اكثر من 80 مسرحية فى اوائل الثمانينات وقد تخرج من معهد الفنون المسرحية بعد حصوله على بكالوريوس التجارة من جامعة عين شمس وقد قدم العديد من المسرحيات مع فرقة كلية تجارة على مسرح الجامعة من اعماله المسرحية باللو باللو ولعبة الحب والجنان وسيارة الهانم ولما بابا ينام ويعتبر اشرف من رواد السيت الكوم المصرى فهو صاحب راجل وست ستات بثمان اجزاءه والذى حقق نجاح كبير للغاية بعرض على الشاشة الصغيرة والتف حوله الكبار قبل الصغار نظرا لروعة قصته ولعب دور اسماعيل ياسين ابو ضحكة جنان تأليف أحمد الإبياري اخراج محمد عبد العزيز وشاركته البطولة الفنانة رانيا فريد شوقى ومن ابرز عماله السنمائية سمك لبن تمر هندى وبيتزا بيتزا وعريس من جهة أمنية دسوقي أفندي في المصيف ووليلة القبض على بكيزة وزغلول والمغتصبون وطباخ الريس اللعبة الأخيرة والإرهاب والكباب وأشيك واد في روكسي الذى قام ببطولته وتحمل هو عبء البطولة منفردا وعلى جنب يا اسطى وصياد اليمام وقد شارك صاحب عمره محمد هنيدى فى فيلم صاحب صاحبه والفليم من انتاج 2002 ومن اخراج سعيد حامد حيث شارك هنيدى على الرغم من انها تجربة لم تكلل بالنجاح الذى كان يتوقع لمشسارك اثناتن من كبار كومينات الشباب لكن لم يحقق النجاح المطلوب وشاركتهما البطولة الفنانة ريهام عبدالغفور وقد لعب دوراً هاماً فى فيلم حب البنات عام 2004 تأليف نهاد عبد العزيز واخراج خالد الحجر والفيلم بطولة جماعية ليلى علوى حنان ترك هنا شيحا خالد ابو النجا احمد عز وتدور احداث الفليم حول ثلاث اخوات من اب واحد ولكن علاقتهما متقطعة وعند وفاة الاب يكتب وصيته باجتماعهن فى بيت واحد لمدة سنة ولعب اشرف دور الدكتور النفسانى الذى يعالجهن وقد كان الحب علاج لكلاً منهن اليكم تلك المجموعة من الصور النادرة التى تنشر لاول مرة للفنان اشرف عبدالباقى مع زوجته وبناته الثلاثة والذين قلما يظرون فى الاعلام وامام عدسات الكاميرات الاعلامية والصحفية نظرا لتحفظ اشرف عبدالباقى بهذا الامر الشخصى والعائلى
