توفى منذ قليل الشاعر الكبير عبد الرحمن الأبنودى، بعد صراع طويل مع المرض عن عمر يناهز 76 عاما، وسيتم تشيع جنازة عبد الرحمن الابنودى اليوم إلى مثواه الأخير بمحافظة الاسماعيلية، ولد الشاعر الكبير عبد الرحمن الأبنودى فى 11 أبريل 1939 فى قرية أبنود محافظة قنا.
وقالت تهال كمال زوجة عبدالرحمن الأبنودي: إن زوجها أجرى عملية جراحية في المركز الطبي العالمي بالإسماعيلية، مشيرة إلى أنها تلقت اتصالّا هاتفيّا من الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي للاطمئنان على صحته.
وأضافت نهال كمال، في تصريح لها، أن الأبنودي كان يعاني وفقا للتقرير الطبي من ضيق في التنفس لظروف الرئة،
وفاة عبد الرحمن الأبنودى عن 76 عاما وشاهده مع زوجته الإعلامية المشهورة
