In this video, we’ll show you how to make a hearty, creamy, and delicious seafood chowder. Our fish of choice is halibut. We’ll gently simmer cubes of halibut with potatoes, onion, stewed tomatoes and shredded carrots just until it’s flaky and tender. At the very end, stir in some shredded Cheddar cheese and a pinch of red pepper flakes and the chowder is ready!

Secret Buddhist Temple Drinking: Al-Kee-Hol
In this episode of Al-Kee-Hol, our host Yuka and her friend Cindee meet up with some priests in Kyoto, Japan and get closer to the gods—through drinking. Their first stop is to a Shinto shrine, where they learn about the relationship between booze and the gods and how drinking sake can mean receiving holy power.
They then do some meditating at a Buddhist temple and discover the secret bar that lies within it. (Do you know that there’s temple slang for liquor?) The final stop is Bozu Monk Bar, where a monk serves the ladies drinks and even make them an Old Fashioned. As it turns out, bars and temples aren’t so different after all.

دخلت عالم الأزياء لحبها لهذا المجال ودائماً كانت ترى نفسها في هذا المجال ومنذ الصغر وهي تهتم بملابسها وجمالها كثيراً والكثير من الناس توقعوا لها منذ الصغر بأنها ستصبح عارضة أزياء محترفة وتغلغلت هذه الفكرة برأسها حتى أصبحت عارضة أزياء محبوبة بالخليج وأميركا.
وفي حديث مع مجلة “اليقظة” كشفت روز عن الصعوبات التي واجهتها كعارضة خليجية وسعودية تحديداً وعدم تقبل المجتمع لها.
تقول روز أن عرض الازياء بحاجة للثقة بنفس وهي تقبل الجرأة لكن بحدود وذكاء وقبل أن تعرض الأزياء.
وكشفت روز أنها تحلم بالعمل مع المصمم الكويتي يوسف الجسمي الذي وصل للعالمية بعد أن إرتدتد من تصاميمه كل من تايلور سويفت وجينفر لوبيز وغيرهما من أشهر نجمات العالم الغربي والعربي.
ولقبت روز بعدة ألقاب منها باريس هيلتون ومارلين مونرو وباربي الخليج ويعود سبب جميع ألقاب روز إلى جمالها العربي وشعرها البلاتيني.
تمتلك روز أكثر من 787 ألف على مواقع التواصل ومنها انستغرام وهي تشارك جمهورها دوماً نصائح في عالم الموضة والجمال وأسلوب حياتها، وتتميز روز بتغييرها المستمر للون شعرها من أرجواني مروراً بالوردي إلى الثلجي.

The Big Lebowski is one of the best Coen Brothers movies (though Fargo, and No Country of Old Men and O Brother, Where Art Thou? and Raising Arizona are also classics). But The Big Lebowski was a case of perfect casting, with Jeff Bridges as The Dude, and Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour Hoffman, John Tuturro, John Goodman and Tara Reid turning in great performances in supporting roles.
It’s a film that has an unlikely lasting cultural impact. It’s endlessly quotable, it ignited a generation¹s taste for White Russians, and the Dude¹s laid-back philosophy actually inspired a real-life religion. Plus, people gather in cities across the world for Lebowski Fest. Quite an impact for a movie about a guy and his bowling buddies trying to get revenge for his ruined rug.
