تزوج الفيشاوي العديد من الزوجات ولكنه اكد في برنامج تليفزيونى انه كان خائن لزوجاته وكانت عينه زايغه وقال الفيشاوى انه لا يستطيع ان يستغنى عن الستات وقرر بعد ان طلق زوجته الاخيرة ان يتزوج بعد ان امتنع عن الزواج لفترة والجدير بالذكر ان الفنان فاروق الفيشاوى تزوج من الفنانة سمية الالفى وكانت هى اولى زوجاته والتى انجب منها احمد وعمر اما عن زوجته الثانية فهى الفنانة سهير رمزى

اعترف الفنان فاروق الفيشاوي بخيانة جميع زوجاته، مرجعا ذلك إلى “طفاسة عينه، ووصف فاروق نفسه بأنه “عينيه زايغة على الستات دائماً، وأنه قرر بعد طلاقه الثالث ألا يتزوج”، إلا أنه عاد، وقرر أنه لا يستطيع أن يستغني عن “الستات” على حد قوله.
وحول التناقض بين رفضه للزواج وحبه للنساء، قال الفيشاوي لبرنامج “مذيعة من جهة أمنية” على قناة نايل لايف المصرية مساء السبت “الحدق يفهم”.
كانت سمية الألفي أولى زوجات فاروق الفيشاوي وعاش معها 13 سنة وأنجب منها ولديه أحمد وعمر ثم تطلقا، وتزوج بعدها الفنانة سهير رمزي، ثم نوران
