اليكم الرجيم الي عملته ديانا كرزون ويجب شرب كأس ماء مع كل وجبة
اليوم الاول :

الساعه8 صباحا:الإفطار: كاس ماء+شريح توست -ملعقةعسل ابيض او مربى رجيم

الساعه10: 1كاس ماء -حبه موز
الساعه12، 1 كاس ماء -كوب زبادي
الساعه2 = = +كوب تونة +4ملاعق سلطة
الساعه4 = = +شريحة توست ممسوحة بجبن قريش
الساعه6 = =+تفاحة
الساعه8 = = +حبة بطاطس مسلوقة +طبق سلطة
قبل النوم عدد2 كاس ماء
اليوم الثاني :طبعا كأس ماء مع كل وجبة
الساعه8 ،شريحة توست ملعقة عسل ابيض او مربى الرجيم
الساعه10، تفاحة او عشر حبات فراولة
الساعه12، كوب زبادي
الساعه2، ربع دجاجة +اربع ملاعق سلطة خضراء
الساعه4، صحن خضار او سلطة
الساعه6 ،تفاحة
الساعه8 ،علبة تونة+صحن سلطة
قبل النوم 2 كأس ماء مع كل وجبة

الساعه8 ،شريحة توست +ملعقة عسل ابيض او مربى رجيم

Verdict: While the visuals have grown progressively more impressive, the level of improvement in the plot department was moderate at best. It also weighed in at almost 3 hours, which we’re not sure was strictly necessary.

Network is a must-watch for anyone interested in the state of mass media. Even though it was made in the 70s, a lot of the issues are still at play today (or more so!) If you’re ready to get angry, or have a cleansing moment of clarity (on national airtime or otherwise)you should definitely check out Network. Put it on your list of movies to see before you die (or get replaced by a younger anchor despite your years of experience).
